Big T Roasted Pepper Chicken Panini
Ingredients
4 slices sourdough bread
1 tablespoon softened butter
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 cup Cheesy Roasted Poblano Chicken Dip
1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
2 tablespoons minced cilantro
Steps
Preheat a panini maker or griddle to medium-high heat.
Spread 1 side of each piece of bread with the butter.
Place the buttered side of 2 pieces of bread on the griddle and sprinkle with half the cheese.
Top the cheese with the Chicken Dip.
Top with with the roasted red peppers and the cilantro.
Top with the remaining cheese and bread, butter side up.
Place the lid down on the bread and press lightly.
Cook until the bread is browned and toasty on both sides. Cut in half to serve.
