Hot Crab and Corn Dip

Score big at your next watch party with this comforting and cheesy Hot Crab and Corn dip. Crab and corn go together like peas and carrots, especially when it’s covered with a layer of melted cheese and crispy breadcrumbs. Just add tortilla chips and sliced veggies to get the party started!

Ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce container Big T Coastal Provisions Spicy Crab Dip

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen corn

  • 2 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature

  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated and divided

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

 Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an oven-safe small casserole dish with non-stick spray.

  2. Combine the Crab Dip, corn, cream cheese, green onion, and half of the cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Pour into the casserole dish.

  4. In another small mixing bowl, combine the other half of the cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs and melted butter.

  5. Spread the breadcrumb mixture on top of the crab mixture in the casserole dish.

  6. Bake until hot, bubbling and cheese on top is melted and started to brown, about 15-20 minutes.

  7. Serve with tortilla chips and sliced veggies.
